Data, purposes and legal bases
Contact, quote and configurator forms may process your name, email, telephone, message, installation market and system configuration to answer you, prepare a quotation and take requested steps before a possible contract. The form acknowledgement is separate from cookie consent. Technical security data may be processed where necessary to operate and protect the site. Optional analytics is processed only after consent.
Retention and recipients
Enquiry and quote records are kept only while needed to respond, prepare or perform a contract, handle a relevant dispute, or comply with legal obligations, and are then deleted or anonymised. Statutory accounting records are kept for the legally required period. Backups follow a limited technical rotation; restored data must remain subject to deletion requests where applicable. Hosting and communications providers may process data on our behalf, including Inleed; if enabled, Meta (WhatsApp Business), OpenAI (AI-assisted qualification) and Google Analytics (after analytics consent) may also receive relevant data. Transfers outside the EEA require applicable safeguards.
WhatsApp and AI assistance
Where WhatsApp is offered, messages and contact details are processed to reply to enquiries or manage requested service; marketing or proactive templates require the separate permissions applicable to that communication. AI-assisted qualification is not enabled for a lead until the required privacy notice has been documented and the relevant settings allow it. Responses may be processed by OpenAI for this limited purpose; we do not use AI to make a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects. You can request human handling through info@masealarm.com.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Contact info@masealarm.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.
